   I ordered a replacement watch band and it was scheduled to be delivered. I told my wife as the watch was an anniversary gift for our 20th anniversary. She asked if there was any way to get the band earlier, because she had scheduled a surprise cruise for our 30th anniversary and the watch band would arrive after we were scheduled to leave. I emailed the company explaining my situation and asking if I could pay for express shipping. I received an email the next business day from Wendy saying the watch band would arrive early as she had already upgraded it for express shipping. She stated that there was no charge, wished me a happy anniversary, and told me to enjoy our cruise. It’s almost impossible to find service like this in any industry. The product arrived on time and I will definitely be a repeat customer as well as sharing with friends where they should buy their next watch! Thanks so much! that’s good
